This page outlines the intended data processing structure for enterprise customers and partners. Contract-specific terms should be handled through signed agreements.
Roles
Depending on the service and contract, MNSCloud may act as controller, processor, or service provider. The final role must be defined in the applicable agreement.
Processing instructions
Customer data should be processed only according to contract, documented instructions, legal obligations, security requirements, or platform operation needs.
Security controls
The platform is designed around tenant isolation, authenticated APIs, public/private boundary separation, host agents, logs, monitoring, and security automation.
Incident handling
Security or privacy incidents should be handled through documented response procedures, customer communication, and legal timelines where applicable.
Subprocessors
Infrastructure, delivery, security, support, and communications providers may support service delivery. They should be listed in the subprocessors notice when used in production.
